• 30% down payment due upon booking. €150.00 deposit. Final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, bath towels (not including pool towels) and kitchen towels are included in price. Fresh linens are available weekly.
• Heating costs, should they occur, are charged according to use.
• Changeover day: Saturday (in the High Season ***)
