Another charming feature of the house is its outdoor area which you will enjoy exclusively. A spacious garden with a large meadow opens up from the patio. It borders the villa's enchanting park which is separated by a laurel hedge. Where should your eyes wander first? To the limonaia with its large, characteristic arched windows where the lemon trees spend the winter? To the tall palm trees, casting shade? To the olive tree which stands alone on the meadow? Or to the Tuscan landscape with the small village of Castelnuovo on the next hill?

- 30% down payment due upon booking. €150.00 deposit. Final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, bath towels (not including pool towels) and kitchen towels are included in price. Fresh linens are available weekly.
