Casa Beppe is located for the most part on the second floor. Gazing out the living room window, the Tuscan landscape stretches out for kilometers beneath your feet. Wood-beam ceilings and cotto floors, coupled with the stylish Tuscan furnishings, makes Casa Beppe a place to relax and feel good.

The house includes an outdoor seating area in a garden which is located right next to the house's entrance. You will sit here under the majestic plane trees (in which the crickets chirp during the summer) and enjoy the broad panoramic view across Tuscany's hills as well as the light breeze that blows up the valley. Casa Beppe is where the house servant, Beppe, resided earlier with his family. Today, Beppe still comes to Meleto sometimes in the summer and takes care of the vegetable garden.

Located for the most part on the second floor, sleeps 5, 95 m2, 1 bedroom with large double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with one single bed, 1 living room, kitchen with fitted kitchen (4 ring stove, oven, fridge, freezer), satellite TV, bathroom (Toilet, Shower Enclosure, Bidet), own entrance and own outdoor and seating area, 2 deckchairs;
for common use: outdoor pool (15 x 7 m), washing machine and barbecue site

Additional information about rental rates:

  • 30 % deposit by booking; cautionary deposit of 150 Euro by arrival. Final cleaning, gas, electricity, water, bedding, bath towels (not including pool towels) and kitchen towels are included in price. Fresh linens are available weekly.
  • Changeover day: Saturday (in the High Season ***)
